While some items may be available in-store as well as online, please know that they are stored separately. To ensure online items are available to online customers when they are purchased, we are not able to pull an item from our online store to make available in-store, sorry!
Online items must be paid for via credit/debit card. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept gift certificates as a form of payment for online purchases, sorry!
In-store Pick Up: If you are local and would like to pick your item(s) up in-store instead having it shipped, please enter coupon code "INSTORE" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping. Please note, items are NOT available for pick up the same day, sorry! Items will be available no sooner than 24 hours AFTER purchase to pick-up in store and during store hours only. Please watch your email for confirmation on when your item is ready for pick-up.
ONLINE item return policy: Items purchased online MAY be returned within 30 days of PURCHASE with the buyer paying the return shipping. Personalized items and Christmas items are NOT returnable. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We ship USPS Priority Mail which includes insurance. Items will leave our store within 3-5 business days, meaning you should receive your item(s) within 5-7 business days.
