Do you ship?
Yes!! We are happy to ship a variety of our items from our Online Store right from our storefront location in Appleton, Wisconsin! It is noted in the description whether items are available to ship or are for Local Pickup only-- unfortunately, due to shipping costs, we are only able to ship smaller items.
Also, with the significant rise in shipping costs, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our shipping prices by region as of November 2020-- please know that we are sincerely appreciative of your support and make ZERO money on shipping, in fact, nearly every time we lose money, but love the ability to spread the joy further in shipping items so we are happy to do so!
Currently shipping prices are calculated by region as that is how USPS & UPS calculate pricing.
As of November 2020 shipping is as follows based on order total:
Wisconsin: $6 flat rate up to $50, $12 flat rate $51-$100, $16 flat rate $101 and over
The rest of the continental United States: $10 flat rate up to $50, $15 flat rate $51-$100, $20 flat rate $101 and over
*Please note that any shipping over-charge of $5 or more will be refunded to you-- again, we are not looking to make money on shipping, we are looking to simply charge what we are charged so that we can continue shipping to you!

Do you have a way we can join your mailing list?
Yes! We have a VIP Text Rewards Club -- earn 15 points for every dollar you spend on most purchases (some items have limits), and earn rewards as your points add up! We also will text you free gifts, birthday rewards, discounts and let you know when we have special events coming up!

How do we find you –aka- Directions?
If you are coming from the South (Oshkosh/Milwaukee), you can take Interstate 41 North to Appleton. You will take the College Avenue exit to the right towards Downtown Appleton. We are located approximately 3 miles from Hwy 41, directly on College Avenue between Oneida and Drew streets on your right at 119 East College Avenue.
If you are coming from the North (Green Bay), you can take Hwy 41 South toward Appleton. You will take the Hwy 441 exit, then the College Avenue exit to the right. We are located approximately two miles from Hwy 441 directly on College Avenue between Oneida and Drew streets on your left at 119 East College Avenue.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly issue a full refund in the original form of payment for décor items* and clothing for up to 10 days from purchase/delivery with original receipt.
From 11-30 days we are happy to issue in-store credit for décor items
(clothing is not able to be returned or exchanged after 10 days).
*Sorry, no exchanges/returns on seasonal items, sale items or furniture over $50. Please take the time to measure and ensure you will love your purchased furniture before you decide.
